You can already take a look into the future: our designs and renderings show a Therme Erding that remains familiar yet blossoms anew in many ways.

Imagine stepping into a tropical wellness world on December 8, 2025, which has been developed with great attention to detail: modern water attractions provide refreshing cooling, and light-flooded architecture combines with the greenery of exotic plants to create a vacation-like atmosphere.

The thermal paradise is being lovingly modernised, but without losing any of its tropical charm.

Look forward to modernised lagoons and heated pools, softly lit grottos and a new interior that exudes pure holiday feeling. Under the landmark of Therme Erding, the large dome, modern architecture and tropical flair combine to create a harmonious overall picture.

The new, naturally landscaped green walls are already largely complete and transform the thermal paradise into an even greener oasis of well-being. In addition, you can look forward to more comfortable lounging areas under palm trees, making it even easier to switch off from everyday life. In short: even more modern, larger and more relaxing – paradise doesn't get any better than this!

Important information for you

We’re delighted to welcome you even during our renovation phase! Transparency is important to us, so here you’ll find all key information about the temporary changes at a glance:

Time period: November 17 – December 8, 2025 (a short wellness break for modernization)
Affected areas: The Therme & Vital Oasis (temporarily closed during this period)
Compensation: As a little thank-you, all hotel and thermal guests will receive a €20 voucher for their next 6-hour or day visit (valid from January 7 to June 30, 2026), plus a cocktail or snack voucher on-site – let us spoil you!
Still open: All other areas remain open for you – Galaxy, the Wave, and the Vital & Sauna (our large sauna area) are available as usual. Your fun and relaxation continue without interruption!

The Hotel Victory and the Victory Guesthouse remain fully open and available throughout the entire renovation period.
