House and Bathing Rules of THERME ERDING
1. Commitment and Purpose
THERME ERDING is dedicated to providing every guest with the highest level of recreation, relaxation, and enjoyment. These house and bathing rules, along with all other applicable regulations, are binding for all visitors. Statutory regulations are incorporated into the contract concluded at the ticket counter.
These rules apply to all general bathing, slide, and sauna operations across the entire THERME ERDING facility. Exceptions may be made for special events without the need for a specific waiver.
Parking regulations form a contractual part of these house and bathing rules and are posted throughout the premises and car park.
The staff and authorized representatives hold domiciliary rights and their instructions must be followed at all times. Visitors who violate these rules may be asked to leave the premises without refund of the admission fee. Management reserves the right to impose bans from the premises for serious or repeated violations.
Anyone committing a criminal offense, unlawfully accessing the premises, evading payment, or misusing services will be immediately expelled and may face legal prosecution.
For security reasons, designated areas of the facility are under video surveillance in compliance with data protection laws. Recorded data will be deleted when no longer necessary or if protection-worthy interests oppose retention.
Political activities, demonstrations, distribution of printed materials, posting notices, signature collections, or commercial use of the premises are prohibited without prior management approval.
2. Opening Hours, Admission, and Entry
THERME ERDING’s opening hours are set by management and displayed publicly at the entrance. Admission is based on purchased tariffs; overstaying will incur additional charges. Closing time refers to when guests must leave the facility. Bathing areas close 20 minutes before closing.
The multi-storey car park is reserved exclusively for THERME ERDING guests from 30 minutes before until 30 minutes after opening hours.
Entering the facility and receiving a transponder and locker key constitutes acceptance of these house and bathing rules.
Receipts must be kept until departure. Admission tickets or access authorizations are personal and non-transferable.
Interruptions to a paid visit are not permitted.
Guests must safeguard their transponder, key, and rented linens at all times. The transponder and key must be worn on the wrist throughout the stay. Loss due to negligence may result in charges as outlined in the valid price list (currently a flat fee of €45 for key and transponder). If recovered, the fee will be refunded minus any actual costs. Guests may provide evidence if no or less damage occurred.
Admissions, vouchers, ThermenCards, or time credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or offset. Lost or unused vouchers will not be replaced. Double discounts are prohibited. Change must be checked at purchase; later claims will not be accepted.
ThermenCards require a refundable deposit of €10, returned upon card return. Lost cards may be replaced upon presentation of valid ID, proof of purchase, and payment of a €15 processing fee (€10 deposit + €5 handling).
Management reserves the right to restrict access or services at any time (e.g., renovations or technical issues) without refund or claims.
No refunds or discounts apply if facility areas are closed due to events, filming, or courses.
